Located near downtown Hillsdale, Helping Hands offers pregnancy test, consultations, and an "Earn While You Learn" program to learn about parenting in exchange for items like cribs, clothes, diapers and more.
Branch County
Beginnings Care for Life is Branch County's primary pregnancy center, offering pregnancy test, ultrasounds, and free online education. They too have an "Earn While You learn" program and have additional materials promoting fatherhood involvement.
Jackson County
Birthline is there to support young people who find themselves in a situation of pregnancy that seems poorly timed, unwanted, unfinanced or in some way painfully difficult. They offer pregnancy support to mothers in Jackson County and provide free educational materials on pregnancy and newborn care.

Care Pregnancy Center offers a wide range of compassion driven care from pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, and abortion pill reversals. They also provide a plethora of resources for new parents and in-person counsel.
